Who we are
Pinfall: Bowling Stats is developed by BlockBrewer, the Netherlands. For anything about privacy, contact contact@blockbrewer.nl.
What data Pinfall processes
Everything you enter (bowler names, sessions, games, balls, centers, oil patterns and notes) is stored on your device. When iCloud is on, Apple also stores it in the private CloudKit database of your own Apple Account, so it can sync between your devices. That database is only accessible to you: BlockBrewer has no access to it, and none of this data is sent to us.
What Pinfall does not do
No account or sign-in. No analytics, tracking, advertising, profiling or third-party software development kits. No selling or sharing of data. The App Store label for Pinfall is "Data Not Collected".
Purchases
Pinfall Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment and your payment details. The app only receives Apple's signed confirmation that the purchase exists, on your device.
Email to support
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and delete the conversation within 12 months after it ends. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your question (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
Backups you export
An exported backup file goes where you choose, for example Files or iCloud Drive, and stays under your control.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete; you control all of it on your devices and in iCloud. For emails you sent us you have the right of access, correction and erasure. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.
Children
Pinfall is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Delete items in the app, or delete the app and then remove Pinfall's data in Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are also mentioned in the app's release notes.
